With a view to educate the Student Managers inline with the buddy'ing trend of corporate world which is one of the many effective measures companies are adopting to provide personalized attention and comfort to their new recruits, Buddy System has been implemented in AESIMR wherein existing Senior Student Managers acts as a Buddy. Buddy introduces the fresh Student Manager to the people, processes and culture of the Institute and effectively integrates him in the organization and make him feel welcomed. Also it helps the new Student Manager to get rid off their anxieties and appropriately get them oriented to the environment.

To spread the awareness of social responsibility among Student Managers, the MBA department of AESIMR visited MANAVYA, a home for orphaned and destitute children afflicted by HIV/AIDS located at Bhugaon.
